I checked the status of my rebate after allowing six weeks for processing time and was unable to find any record of it. Should I resubmit?

Can I submit more than one rebate if I purchased two or more of the same product?
GE Manufacturer Rebates are only available to customers making purchases for personal use. Please review the Terms and Conditions on your rebate form for any other restrictions concerning these limitations.
My salesperson told me that my model would qualify, but it is not listed on the rebate form. Will I still be eligible for the rebate?
Generally, only the models listed on the rebate form will be eligible for the rebate. If you have been told that a model has been added, it would be in your best interest to verify this by contacting our Customer Center. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any miscommunication between the salesperson and the customer.
How do I know if the model I purchased qualifies for the rebate?
The qualifying models will vary from offer to offer. Please see your rebate form for a list of qualifying models. The model number printed on your sales receipt must be listed on the rebate form to be eligible.
Where do I mail my rebate?
Please review your rebate form for the address. The address may vary depending on the rebate offer in which you are participating.

Can I receive a rebate if I purchased an appliance from Wal-Mart?
Unfortunately, Wal-Mart and Sam's Club do not participate in GE Manufacturer Rebates. You are receiving a discount on your GE Appliance through Wal-Mart/Sam's Club at the point of sale.
The rebate form asks for my serial number, but I will not be taking delivery before the postmark deadline. Will I still qualify for the rebate?
You should mail your rebate submission (rebate form and sales receipt) no later than the date stated on the rebate form. We will process your rebate and send you a letter requesting your serial number. Once you have taken delivery, you can fill in your serial number and return the letter to the address provided. We will release your rebate for payment upon receipt of the missing information.
May I mail in the rebate after the postmark date?

May I send in a copy of my sales receipt instead of the original?
Yes, we will accept a copy of your sales receipt instead of the original. Please ensure that the purchase date and model number of your appliance are legible.
Where can I get a rebate form?
The salesperson at the store where you made your purchase should have the rebate form available for you. If they do not, you can obtain all current GE Manufacturer Rebate forms by visiting Special Offers and Featured Promotions - GE Appliances.
